The room was good , the beds were comfy. The biggest let down was the restaurant, the breakfast was good. But very disappointed with the lunch and night meals only available in Thia, and the menu did not change. It would be nice if they include other options.

The only real grip we had was the restaurant only served Asian food in the evening, which is not to are taste. Surly it can’t be that hard to have a few other dishes available. We know one lady who resorted to 2 minute noodles in her room, because she, and us as well, found it hard to walk to far to find another restaurant.

the hotel wa overbooked and we did not have a room at 11pm at night. The gentlemen manager working that night workded out a separate location for us to stay and coordinated an agreement . Not only did he apologize profusely but he made it right. And to top it off he gave us info on where to find a platypus in the region that my wife and I had been looking for since we got into Tazmania. We went there and found it! He is a definite plus for IBIS. We went from being from unhappy and thinking never to reserve again toi beign very happy and we will visit again.
